How do I wash my bikini?- Hand wash, use cold running water, removing all chlorine and salt residues; - Do not use aggressive detergents; - Use neutral soap; - Do not soak; - Squeeze gently, without wringing; - Do not use washing machine, dryer or dry cleaning; - Never iron; - Dry in the shade and in a ventilated place; - Do not leave the garment in contact with solvents, cosmetics, sunscreens or other chemical products; - We advise you to be careful when using the articles in swimming pools with a high percentage of chlorine. The lycra exposed to large amounts of chlorine may change colour.

What is the shipping cost?The shipping cost is: - Portugal: Normal mail 3€ or Registered mail 6€ - Madeira and Azores: 8€ - EU Countries: 12€ - USA and Canada: 18€ - Rest of the world: 25€ NOTE: Standard shipping does not have a tracking number. Only the Registered shipping. The customer is responsible for the payment of any extra duties, customs, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. Please double check all personal and postage details when completing your order because we do not take responsibility for missing packages.

If I Pre-Ordered an item, when will it be shipped?"Pre-orders will be made by our manufacter after April 4th. We will let you know when it's ready to by shipped. Please message us so we could give you an accurate time.

How long does it take to receive my order?The order is packed and shipped by our team within 1 working day. Orders for Portugal are delivered to the customer's address within 1 to 5 working days, depending on the destination of the order. Outside Portugal, and depending on the destination, it may take between 5 to 15 days. Delivery delays may also occur due to customs issues or unforeseen events at the post office, and that are beyond our distribution process.

When will they restock items that are out of stock?All Misplaced parts are produced in limited numbers and are not restocked. We want to ensure that every piece you buy is special. We suggest signing up for our newsletter to be the first to know about news and special offers.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?No, but by creating an account you have the advantage that when you want to make a new purchase your shipping address will be entered automatically, saving you time. You can also track past and current orders.
