SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for the payment of any extra duties, customs, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery.

Please double check all personal and postage details when completing your order because we do not take responsibility for missing packages.

RETURNS

The items are returned within 28 days of you receiving them

The items must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal and it must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

You must contact us at misplacedstore@gmail.com before sending back the item.

Please choose carefully - returns for exchange of size or color can only occur once.

 

Feel free to email us with any questions to aid you in this decision.

 

Orders must be returned within 28 days from the day you received it. Unfortunately, if your return exceeds our 28 day policy we will not be able to process your exchange.

SALE ITEMS

We do not makes refunds on any sale items unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.

 

FULL PRICED ITEMS

As we are a made to order brand, we do not accept returns for refunds. You can however exchange in size, colour  or request a credit note for a future purchase.

For EXCHANGE of size/color, you will need to send us back your piece and buy it again in the right size or color. We can only refund you after we recevie your return at our office, so please, choose carefully on your first order. Please email us back before buying the new piece.


 

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The shipping cost are NOT covered or reimbursed by us. If you request an EXCHANGE however, we discount the amount you payed for the return  on the purchase. Before buying another piece, please contact us.

For an EXCHANGE of size / style - In most cases we will not have stock so the item will need to be recut for you again, please ask us for an accurate time line for the exchange. If you are returning a FAULTY item for a REFUND over an exchange and it is deemed faulty by the manufacturer, we will refund you the next working day)

 

EXCHANGE / REFUND PROCESS TIME

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at misplacedstore@gmail.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
